Always turn your phone on silent and leave it outside of the practice room with all personal belongings.
Arrive before the class has begun so you do not interrupt initial breathing exercises and meditation.
If you need to leave early, please let your teacher know so that you will be guided to an early shavasana (resting pose).
Leave your shoes in the shelves provided when entering the studio.
Be sure to check yourself in at the desk with staff.
We appreciate notification 2 hours prior to a reservation if you can not make your class or you will be charged $8 or lose a class credit.
No late admittance for new students or online reservations.
Only bring your mat, towel, and water into the practice room.
Santa Anita Hot Yoga Studio opened in May 2014. We offer a heating system built especially for hot yoga. We provide a comfortable, clean, and safe temperature for each session by controlling the heat and adding 50-60% humidity.
